This is a destination/park model trailer. It is permantly parked on a large lot at a sesonal campground just outside Marseilles Illinois. You can move the camper or leave it on the lot with the campgrounds permission.
Seperate bedroom with 2 slides and a king size bed that you can walk all the way around. There is a sepearate entrance from the bedroom into the bathroom. Full kitchen with residential sized refrigerator and ceiling to floor pantry. Gas range with oven. Regular kitchen table with 4 chairs and a peninsula with 2 stools. Living room/kitchen has a full side slide with a full size couch, rocker recliner chair and electric fireplace. Washer and dryer hookups and a built in vacuum cleaner. 2 air conditioning units. All appliances and systems are working fine. There has been a leak at the front of the full side slide. We got that fixed but the floor is soft in that area. Outside is a 30 foot deck with railing and a large storage shed that can go with the camper if it remains where parked. Very large lot. Seasonal rent is only $1950 plus electricity.
