No wear and tear visible. Used by Adult family. Everything works. All service performed by dealership with records. Trouble free rig.
Many upgrades from stock. Stairs into unit, interior protection, King bed, residential fridge, larger A/C's do a great job even on the hottest of days, upgraded fifth wheel B&W hitch makes for smooth hauling.
Rear living area is the best part on those rainy days. You can pack a good crowd in there if needed. Plenty of room and a large TV that drops into the case behind the electric fireplace.
Outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge. Holds all your grilling utensils. Plus a propane grill that will mount to rear bumper or stand up on the picnic table
Table has four chairs plus an extra one to match that are very comfortable. The fifth one stores easily under master bed.
Central Vacuum both inside and garage area. Works nice if you want to pull up your vehicle and do a quick clean up in there, as well.
Large storage Basement and A LOT of storage in the entire rig.
Great memory maker. One of Jayco's BEST SELLING Floor plans. Seriously, consider the rear living area. You don't have to watch TV across the kitchen island. But,there are TV's in the other rooms as well if privacy is needed. (No TV in upper bunk but the hook-ups are there.)
Two full LP tanks included. Generator prep is there (generator not included)
Perfect family unit. Desk in the mid bunk room used as an office with storage.
Can sleep 7 very comfortably. More if children are the primary occupants with two in each bunk plus an available sofa in the living room
This thing is a beauty and pridefully cared for every season. It shows. No comparison to others in southern sunshine or even the northern areas. This shows like new and everything works perfectly.
