Also comes with a brand new Vizio 50 inch tv with a sound bar and surround sound system, outside speakers. Two stools to sit at the island in the kitchen, large pantry. Two air conditioners, automatic leveling, automatic 20 ft awning, outside shower, washer and dryer hookup, thermal package, plenty of storage inside and out. This is a must see unit.
