My family has used this trailer for 2.5 seasons and it has been wonderful. We are now looking to downsize and would love to sell this to another family interested in camping. Everything works as expected but the awning is showing its age and would be eligible for replacing but still works and functions as it should. The leatherette interior components are fading and some are flaking. We've replaced the peices near the bunkhouse with camp-themed cloth material and covered a few of the cushions. The fold down couch has brown leatherette patches to help subdue the peeling leather.

This model has an electric tongue jack and electric stabilizers at all 4 corners, electric awning, indoor and outdoor speakers, outdoor LED light strip with remote for colors/patterns, an indoor TV connected to a built-in dvd player, propane heat, 6gallon propane water heater, and electric A/C.

We will include all of our camping gear with the sale of this trailer. This would include kitchen supplies, utensils, camping carpet mats, picnic table cloths, plates, bowls, leveling blocks, hoses for fresh water and black/gray water, wheel chockes, and other misc items related to operating a travel trailer. A Blue Ox Swaypro WDH is installed and can be included.
