Very Clean, well maintaned MotorHome. Only owners ,we bought new. Back bedroom, front Kitchen, batroom and Shower. The bed over cab is larger than a queen bed. Lots of storage inside and out. We have a list of all oil changes and maintenance done. Awing Fabric replaced 2018. Cummins Generator has 31.3 hrs, replaced fuel pump 2019, by Cummins. Replaced Ford engine 2021 @ 36,190 miles done by Wesern Slope Ford. Replaced Rubber Roof and awing motor 2021.
