They literally do not make trailers like this anymore. This is an awesome trailer in excellent condition. The only reason we are selling is because we have decided to shift to a 5th-wheel set-up instead of a bumper pull.

This trailer has aluminum stud framing with fiberglass sidewalls and includes an onboard Onan Generator (4000), onboard fuel station (30 gallons), and two larger (30lb each) propane tanks. This floorplan includes a front full-size bed, two queen (bunk) beds in the rear and a jack-knife couch that makes into a bed. The lower queen bunk also converts into a dinette set-up.

The awning was replaced about a year ago, the hot water heater is brand new. Front mattress is brand new. All light fixtures were upgraded to led fixtures several years ago and are excellent at saving battery power when boon-docking. Both faucets have been upgraded. Blinds have been replaced (black-out shades in the front bedroom). The roof was re-sealed 3-4 (?) years ago.

The generator oil was just changed and it runs perfectly, however the hour-meter stopped working for the last owner at 10-ish hours. Fresh water tank is 106 gallons, grey is 38 gallons, black tank is 32 gallons. There is a black tank internal rinse system that works great. The tank gauges all work (although the black tank gauge seems inconsistent - I blame random toilet paper pieces).

There is a carpet kit that has only been used a couple times (it's black, we have a dog with white fur). There are two tv's included, one in the living area and one in the front bedroom. The front bedroom tv also has a mount outside. Both the furnace and air conditioner are ducted throughout the trailer and both work amazing. The fridge and stove/oven work great, although the pilot light for the oven can be stubborn to get going.

This trailer is currently set-up to haul motorcycles, and will come with two chocks that are easy in/easy out. There is a rear door screen that is brand new, still in the bag.

This trailer is not in perfect condition, there are signs of wear and use, but nothing substantial - please see the pictures. There is a small burn mark on the kitchen countertop. There is a wear mark on the jack-knife couch where it rubbed on the window handle during travel. There is slight damage to a rear corner where a fuel pump bollard was closer than anticipated. For years we had no intention of ever selling this trailer, so we have put alot of love and care into it. This is an awesome, super study trailer.
