An important feature is the versatility of off-loading the camper at a campground, giving you a convenient sight-seeing vehicle. I am the original owner. This isn't a typical 2007 camper - it's well maintained and upgraded to include some more modern features. There is no water damage; everything operates as it should. Ideally it would be purchased along with the truck, as the Torklift brackets and Fast-Gun tie downs are included.

Ideally the camper and truck will sell together however I am willing to sell separately.

• The truck is a 2006 Ford F350, ($17,500) available for purchase along with the camper. A 4X4 King Ranch with a 6 liter diesel, the engine recently had the top end overhauled at 142,000 miles at Ford, has two new heads and has been Bullet Proofed. This truck has 175,000 miles on it and some paint degradation/ oxidation on the hood and top. I am the second owner; the truck was in a small fender-bender which slightly damaged the tailgate but was repaired. Along with the tailgate repair I had the whole bed repainted.
• There are air bags on the rear axle and Torklift tie down brackets installed. I will also include my Via Air Compressor to air up the airbags.
• Overall this is a powerful, strong, roomy, reliable truck.
