This is the one you've been looking for! We have a 2006 Keystone Laredo 30BH that is ready for you to renovate and make your own. This 5th wheel is spacious, simple and filled with potential. We were in the process of renovating the 5th wheel when we had a sudden change of life plans. Here are some renovations we've made so far:

• Painting the walls white
• Painted the cabinets white
• New, modern cabinet handles,
• New, modern sink
• New flooring in most of the RV
• New countertop design
• Painted outside of fridge
• Removed bulky built in storage to expand storag possibilities
• Touches of artwork and faux plants to liven the space
• and more!

One thing we noticed while changing the floors was that there was an area with water damage in the slide out. We cut out the floor and began to replace it, but ran out of time due to life circumstances. This could definitely be fixed by someone who is handy and we are willing to accomodate for this in the final price.

There are a few other areas that need improvement too. Namely, the emergency window latch had a screw popped loose and needs to be replaced (just the latch, not the window). And there are some areas that could use another coat of paint. Some important features that are still functioning are:

• Electric (lights turning on, etc)
• Air conditioning
• Heating
• Propane Tanks
• Leveling System

For someone looking for an affordable RV (the cheapest 5th wheel you'll find near you) and is willing to put in a little bit of work to get it where you want it, this is the option for you.
