THIS RV NEEDS WORK. SEE BELOW.

I purchased this RV new in approximately 2005.

I barely used it. It has only 2000 miles.

I just put on brand new tires (6).

You can sleep two over the driver. The table and chairs become a bed. The sofa becomes a bed. And there is a king size bed in the back.

The RV has a kitchen, shower, toilet, space for clothes, propane power for off grid. The RV also has a cover.


HERE IS THE BAD NEWS:

The RV has been sitting next to my house for almost 20 years. It has leaks in the front with water damage. And has a mouse problem. This RV is for someone who is handy - and can do interior work.
