Sequoia Pup that has been in our family for 12 years. But it’s time to sell it to do some home repairs This PUP is rare one it’s super light for its size with a single axle Interior is updated and new roof replacement 3 years ago the body roof seam had a small leak We repaired the roof and removed all interior roof foam and paneling and replaced it Foam was soaked but luckily no mold We added 2 additional factory roof beams in the front for extra support The crank lock broke 7 years ago it cranks up and down as designed with a fitted socketed ratchet tool Once it’s up it’s held with a strap for extra security Once the door is up and strapped it’s rock solid. We wouldn’t have ever put our little kids in it if it wasn’t. The Shower is disconnected which wasn’t practical Awning zipper has been repaired with marine buttons and added 2 straps for extra support 2 of the plastic window covers had unknown how cuts in them but have been repaired with clear flex tape that can’t be seen All screens wall zippers windows and beds are in good working order

3 Way Refrigerator, Gas Stove & Oven, Air Conditioner, Hot Water Heater, Toilet All electronics and lighting is working inside and out. New tires installed and axle bearings repacked last year. Comes with original working microwave we removed it to make extra storage Radio has been removed but all wiring and speakers good if you choose to add one. Opened its 25 feet long with two 77x70 king size beds. It’s the same platform as the Niagara but without the slide out. It has served our family well and it will you too.
