This Motorhome needs some TLC and will be an incredible steal for someone. We bought it a few years ago for $60,000 but the kids were too hard on the carpet. My loss is your gain. We have to sell quickly to add funds to a property closing soon.

Throw down some area rugs or install new carpet and save yourself $30,000 or better compared to some Class A Diesel pushers!

This is a minor fixer-upper. We installed a new cabinet mounted microwave.
The fridge didn't work when we bought it, but we used a small one under the dining room table. The original can be repaired, or take out and put you in a shiny residential one.
The fuel gauge never worked when we bought it either, we just kept track of it during a couple of trips, and kept it mostly full of diesel. Both air conditioners work, however in the south, we considered installing a middle one for August heat. Otherwise, a few fans work, also. Heater works in winter. It is natural gas.

Stove top is natural gas - works good. Rarely used it. I like grilling outdoors.

There is space and hookups in closet for washer and dryer ( I imagine the RV approved kind )

There is nice under carriage storage with a full slide out drawer - x 2

Couch didn't look good anymore, so we tossed it. Set you up a big screen tv in its place!
