Great camper for a couple or young family.

Well maintained, looks new in and out (Seldom used) -you'll feel like you are looking at new camper.

No "funny" camper smells.

We live in Conway, but can deliver within reasonable distance.

Separate bedroom with a wall and door (dont want to make the bed close the door), decent size bathroom and a kitchen and living area with table and couch.

We loved the separation as one of us was an early riser and one of us not so much. Plenty of lights (LED), sunlights and windows.

Weighs ~ 4500 lbs. - was pulling with Silverado 1500 without issues.
