Family camper used with our four kids and their friends, before I retired from the Marine Corps. Three of our kids are grown now so we don't use it. I had the roof professionaly resealled last year. It has never had a leak. I keep power to it year round. It has ac, heat, or a dehumidifier running all the time depending on the season. I can't stand moldy campers. The king bed was terrible so we bought a queen mattres and modified the bed. It is much easier to get around now and it is comfortable to sleep on. It is a polar package we have camped in it down to 12 degrees. It has automatic self leveling jacks, this is very nice and makes it stable even with children running all around. We even survived a hurricane in it in 2018 in NC. We escaped the coast went inland and it withstood sustainined 35 mile an hour winds with three feet of rain in one day, no leaks. I have kept it maintained and fixed or replaced anything that has broken with time. The front door catches at the bottom, but closes. I couldn't figure out how to fix that. It has a dent in one of the bottom wind deflactors from the lawn mower bumping it. It has the original battery and tires so they will likely need replaced in the next couple years. Lots of storage, the pantry closet is a rare option. Rear cargo access door is also great when you have lots of gear. Comes with tow leveling kit and sway bar. 816-258-1568
