Gorgeously maintained family fun. If you have kids this is the rig for you. Seperate back room with bunks/tv with a seperate powder room in the kitchen and second door to the outside. This rig comes with blue light accents,a fan in the kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with sink, small refrigerator, outdoor hose with hot water, and exterior speakers. I've done a lot of work to the 5th wheel and it all comes with the sale including the 20k pullrite hitch. I've built custom storage baskets throughout and have a new queen mattress. I've also added a second AC unit and slide out covers for all three slide outs. Refrigerater cooling system was rebuilt and brand new. Slide out motors have all been reinforced with bolts and mounts. I have a tripod stable device for the front hitch ball. Two TV's, blue ray, and disc player are also included as well as all the septic hoses, connections, power cords, and water hose. I have an air blow out connector as well. Hooks for hanging cloths are put throughout the RV. All 4 tires have been replaced and are pretty much brand new. This RV has self leveling jacks and a rack at the back of the rig. It's all yours and turn key for all the upcoming summer fun for you and your family.
