It's condition is near new inside and out. It has been well cared for and never smoked in. It has always been located in mild climates. The roof was re-coated less than a year ago, just to keep it healthy. You even get the original owner's manual.

Please NOTE: upgrades from the manufacturer specifications; changed rocking recliners to a leather power love seat and changed the sofa bed with two top end leather recliners and a small end table with storage and USB ports. Also, the bed is a Queen size sleep number instead of a low end King size bed. This gives the bedroom end tables with storage on each side of the bed. These changes make it very easy to change the bedding.
The only reason we are selling is due to life-style change.
