Also just spent $5,000 for on-board Cummins generator repairs and maintenance. Generator can power entire RV for boondocking. Low miles. Power fully automated leveling jacks, Brand new 18' awning. New power automatic retracting steps. New paint on 50% of exterior of the RV. New windshield and rear bumper all recently installed. New Apple Carplay stereo to use with your phone for mapping. Double back up cameras. Custom built "coffee table" between front captains seats, with multiple USB charging ports. Captains chairs both reupholstered with diamond stitch leather. Bose home theatre system connected to the flat screen TV that pops up out of cabinet on electric lift. Once you step inside, you would never believe this RV is a 2006. It looks like a new version of itself.

The only reason we are selling is to replace it with a slightly larger rig with a bunkroom floorplan for our 3 kids.
