RV Description

Location: Santa Barbara, CA.

This camper has served me well. I took it on many 4-wheel drive roads as long as the ruts don't get deeper than half wheel height. Clearance is quite good and has allowed for some great remote camping locations here in California.

Bought it for a very low price to get experience with my first camper. Had to fix a lot of things which I expected for the low price - most importantly it has a rebuilt transmission! It runs very well on freeways. It is definitely slow uphill which requires patience. It has a low idling issue that I haven't figured out yet, where it very intermittently stumbles, but that doesn't happen when cruising along on the highways or freeways.

It has a lot of miles, but with all the stuff that I have fixed, it leaves only the engine to maybe need some work. My mechanics tell me though that it is in really good condition and should hold up another few hundred thousand miles. It's the original engine as far as I know.
