Everything works as it should, we bought a house and no longer need this setup. Upgraded the water heater to a LP Girard tankless. Also put an electric tankless water heater under the kitchen sink so it’s instant hot water. Both AC units were cleaned this fall, roof UV protection was done when purchased and every spring. Comes with everything in photo’s. Plus a 28 gal dump set up we bought this year and a black Custom Skirting($3.5K) installed September 2023 with their patented slide in design.

2018 GMC Sierra SLT 3500 dually with Z85 suspension package. 74k miles, L5p is all stock except banks muffler back monster exhaust, 5th wheel hitch, toolbox, and tinted windows. Has ac/heated seats and heater steering wheel, never smoked in, interior is clean with husky floor liners front and rear. Tires are great and have about 10k on them.
