This is a barley used camper, I have camped in it 4 times. I purchased it in February 2021. The kids are leaving to college and doing there own thing and we don’t need to have a camper suited for a family trip. It has lots of upgrades, 8 cubic foot 12 volt fridge, two a/c units, porcelain toilet, 50 amp service, solar prepped. I built a storage for the power cords. It has two gray tanks that hold 30.5 gallons in each tank. It has a 30.5 gallon black tank. The dry weight of the camper is around 6300 lbs. This camper can sleep 10 people. They say it can be towed with a half ton truck, I tow it with a 3/4 ton. So, I can’t say how it will tow with a half ton. The camper has been well maintained. We do have pets and they have traveled with us. It’s a smoke free camper as well. I’m asking $29,500 obo, I do have a loan through the credit union, so we would have to satisfy that to get the title or our banks can work out something if you are financing it.
