I need to downsize now. I have used the camper a lot, so this was the first year it was winterized. It has always been kept heated and cooled. It is ready to camp in now!I added an extra battery to the system as well. All mattresses have been upgraded and all linens have been washed and are included. I have not had time to clean the outside or the roof. It has two small areas that have been patched as all the repair places want several weeks to a couple of months to repair. The areas are included in the pictures. I have the original pin box if you wanted to use it as a fifth wheel and not as a gooseneck. I have a clean Florida title in hand. The price is OBO to a point.
