Like new with brand new 12v/120v/propane refrigerator and new awning, replaced the end of last year. Storm came through and tore the fabric. Dealer couldn't diagnose why the fridge stopped. They replaced the controller and if failed again. Cost to rebuild was almost as high as new, so we replaced it with a new unit. I will replace all four tires with new. It is still sitting on the originals. They should be replaced every 5 years. Includes 2 TV's
