It is a 26 foot, Class A RV. It has two slides. One in bedroom and one in living and dining area. It has automatic levelers. Has a queen bed in bedroom slide out. It has an automatic bed over the driving area of RV. You just mash button and bed lowers. Then hit the button and it goes back up while driving unit. It has dining room table that lets down into a bed and it has a small couch that pulls out for a small bed. Has a nice kitchen area, bathroom with shower and plenty of cabinets inside unit. It has a generator and lots of storage outside under the RV. The generator is in great shape. The only issue is the awning. A small part broke and now it won't work well. I have the part for it. I just haven't had a chance to fix it yet. The mileage is in low 20s.

RV places are selling this unit for 85,000 and more. I'm asking for what I owe. I've only had it for two years. I just don't use it like I thought I would. I just reduced it.
