RV Description

4/10 priced lowered.

2018 Grand Design Solitude 384GK
My wife and I welcomed a newborn this past February and we’re in the process of relocating to the east coast to be closer to family.
We’ve been full-timing in RVs going on 8 years now, approximately 6.5 of those spent inside this Grand Design 5th wheel. Motivated to sell - we intend to vacate the RV at the end of April. Open to offers.
A HUGE perk is that the RV comes with a spot here in the Valencia Travel Village. Legend has it that there is a several hundred person wait list to just get a long term spot.
Rents are ridiculous in the SoCal area so if you aren’t fortunate to own property here, there’s really no better way to live/work in the area. Easy freeway access making convenient commuting.
Current rent is around $1,400/mo which includes all utilities. The park raises rent about $100/mo during the prime summer months to offset the increased cost of AC units. I don’t make the rules.
Furniture NOT included. However a Saatva Zenhaven custom sized short-king full latex mattress IS included. It’s an exceptionally comfortable mattress.
RV furniture and mattresses from the factory are generally poor quality: Fake leather, cheap wood that’s stapled together, uncomfortable dining chair, low quality sink fittings etc.
Both Coleman AC units recently serviced with new motors - so I’d expect around 5 years of trouble free use.
There’s plenty more I’d be happy to share to interested buyers.
P.S. Don’t buy new. Buy used. 5th wheels aren’t worth the money they go for new. Warranties are lame, the craftsman is meh, the fractory included amenities are largely shoddy. If I could do it over I’d have purchased a used RV and retrofitted it with as many residential fixtures as possible.
