2016 Heartland Prowler. This RV is in good condition. Everything functions properly. A/c unit, heater, fridge/freezer, microwave, hot water heater, all sink and toilet functions. Tires are good. Hitch and stabilizing bars included. The sleeper couch has started peeling and needs recovered. Everthing else is in good condition. This RV has a GVWR of 6,900 lbs and a dry weight of 4,814 lbs. We are selling this RV because we've sold our property in Comanche and no longer need it. We have a clean Texas title in hand. This would need to be a cash transaction only.
