This midsized model has a single slide out which opens up the floorplan giving you more moving around space. It has a wetbath with normal RV flushing toilet and a hand held shower. It can also be mounted for easier showers. Asking $11,500 OBO. Dining area slideout converts to small bed. Dry Weight = 3120 lbs. I pull it with my 2014 Ford Explorer Interceptor Utility with ease. Has electric brakes. Original 14" rims and tires have been replaced with 15" Rims & Goodyear Endurance Tires (tires purchased 10 months ago with less than 1,000 miles on them). The larger rims and tires make this ride smooth and stable. It's had a full chassis service last season (axles removed inspected greased, bearings inspected packed, electric brakes were also inspected and serviced last summer.

• Renogy 200 Watt Portable Solar suitcase package included. Will share more pics upon request. Has a new $350 LiFePO 100 amp lithium battery. Comes with protective cover (as seen in photos), two 15 pound propane tanks, potable water compact hose, many other extras included.

• Awning was replaced a couple of years ago. It has a Blue Tooth equipped Stereo for streaming from your phone. Sink, Microwave, Closet, Wet Bath, Solar Hookup on side. There is a closet for clothing storage just outside the bathroom door along the curb side, and opposite you will find a large propane & electric refrigerator. The rear area comes with overhead cabinets and overhead shelving for additional storage, as well as a Flat Screen TV.

Comes with 25ft 30 amp power cord, 15 amp adapter plu (household current), potable water hose, filter, blackwater/graywater drain hose, water pressure regulator. Bedding included. Bedding bought in 2023. The full size Queen Bed is a newer 10" mattress only used a few times. You won't find one as good as this with all the extras including a Solar Package.
