This 2015 Lance 1685 model travel trailer is in very good shape, We purchased it August of 2022. We have had some fun adventures but due to some health issues are going to have to sell it. This is a Four Seasons model very well insulated.This camper has huge amounts of storage for it size. There is storage under the bed, storage under the dining room seats. Storage in the front of trailer with a slide out bin. It has 4 Large wardrobe cabinets on the left side as you first come in.The kitchen has three large cabinets for pots, pans , sliverware and cooking utensils. extra storage over bed.There is a bath in the right rear corner providing an angled shower, a toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. Three burner gas stove, refrigerator runs on gas or electricity, 6 gallon water heater gas or electric, dual 7 gallon propane tanks, dual heavy duty batteries. TV/DVD/CD/AMFM stereo with 4 speakers inside 2 outside. TV is mounted on swivel extended mount can be seen from dining area or bed. Full Queen size bed with headboard matress is new, dinette converts for other sleeping area. Outdoor shower ,Full size awning,13500 BTUs AC unit, 25000 BTUs gas heater, 4 manual leveling jacks, all 4 tires are almost new. Unit has skylight and 2 Max air vent fans one over bed and one in bathroom. 45 gallon fresh water/gray water/black water tanks heated and backup camera.
