Very well cared for & under cover for last 6 years; lots of storage inside and out , large main bathroom, the furniture, seats, cushions have been reupholstered; MH has a residential size refrigerator, bath and a half, queen bed, stacked washer/dryer, pantry; can include dishes, linens, cookware, camping gear, maintenance items. Both ACs replaced in last couple of years, as well as the main awning. Regular maintenance schedule. House batteries replaced recently. Outside TV. Very nice, functional floor plan. Long slide out in living area provides for an open living room/kitchen area. Ample closet and drawer space in bedroom, as well as in master bath. The Loft over the driver's area provides for additional storage space or a full size sleeping area with air mattress, perfect for those kiddos. The sleeper sofa gives an additional sleeping area with a queen size bed with air mattress. The dining table breaks down into a small bed, adequately accommodating small children when it's time for some shut-eye. The master is equipped with a comfortable short Queen bed with mattress topper , perfect for a restful night's sleep or for watching TV. Privacy in bedroom can be attained by sliding closed the pocket type doors. This motor home has provided lots of fun and family time with kids and grandkids over the years.
