2014 Prime Time Avenger Fifth Wheel made by Forest River. 32 ft long. 2 slides (opposing). Full bath. All original RV furniture has been removed. New 3 stool bar height table purchased in December 2023. All original carpet and linoleum removed and replaced with LVP in 2021. New AC in 2021. Large stainless kitchen sink with accessories added in 2022. Seal gaskets around the slides replaced 6 months ago. New tankless hot water heater 3 months ago. Started painting but life got in the way. All brass hardware for kitchen ready in the box. The large bean bag and residential queen mattress do NOT convey. TV in bedroom is original. There are blackout curtains in the bedroom. Kitchen has a knife magnet mounted and the butcherblock stove cover serves as extra counter space as well as a cutting board on back side. There are rechargeable lights inside the cabinets that are motion sensored. The landing jacks have rusted but the replacements are in the storage.
