This is a 2nd owner Florida coach stored under covered setting. The unit has gone through an extensive updating to address all wear items, appliances, flooring, ceiling, painting, and lighting. The unit has all new LED lighting upgrades and rivals if not surpasses current coaches. The unit has redone driver and passenger seats as well as all new seating sleeping throughout. You would need to come and see how much has been done, replaced on the interior. It literally is a rolling villa. this unit has all house quality materials to include Maple doors, cabinets, Corian counters, ceramic tile, wood floors. This is built very well. It has bones, thats why we spent the time, labor, and cost to upgrade. The drivetrain is a Caterpillar 3126B that runs absolutely flawless. The transmission is a Allison 3000. The motor and transmission were serviced in July. the air filter is new, new primary and secondary fuel filters, new belts as well as a radiator flush. The generator has been serviced, new wiper blades.The transmission was clean as a whistle and did not even need it. It has solar panels that run the place. Its turnkey you just have to come and see it, drive and camp. I left out more than I wrote about. Maybe the newer goodyear tires, there is an added new 15500 btu A/C in addition to the basement A/C that is great. The fact that the dash A/C is new and so cold it cools the first 160 SQ FT easy.
