2020 Landmark Lafayette (front living) For Sale
This is a beautiful, well taken care of luxury 5th wheel. It is parked at my house under carport we had built for it. It has always been kept under shade/carport when not in use. There is also power at our car port with 50amp plug, so I know fridge and everything is in good working order. The reason I'm selling it is my husband passed away and it is too big for me. I really hate to see it go. It is a great camper and would love to see it go to a home that loves it as much as we did.

Anyway….i have not had a chance to wash it or clean it up so I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Willing to face time anyone as well if they want to see it that way or talk through any questions you may have. We upgraded the shower head (still have original one as well) and has snap pads on auto leveling hydraulic legs as well. Of course hoses and nice surge protector is included. But for the right price I will include other extras like back-up camera, dish network playmaker and Wally, possibly blackstone, chairs, kitchen stuff, 2 memory foam toppers for each of the pull out beds in living room, etc. There are 3 ac units, Yeti cold weather package, 3 alumi-guard awnings, 4 tvs including one outside, residential fridge, heat pump on 2nd ac unit, fantastic fan in main bath, total of 1.5 baths, and more. I also have original booklets for appliances, etc. Very good shape, I also have all of the warranty/maintenance records as well.
