This trailer is in good overall condition. It has been used occasionally for the past 5 years. It has new heavy duty tires that were replaced in the last two years. Includes full hitch and stabilizers. Electric tongue jack makes connecting quick and easy. Also has a Dual AC 50 Amp service to get through the hot Texas Summers. The full size refrigerator is great for carring lots of food on long trips. The trailer is very clean and everything works. The electric fireplace is very nice on cold evenings. There are minor cosmetic dents from a tire blowing out on the right side. The wall paper was removed from the front bedroom.
