Purchased new from dealership in 2019 this is in truly excellent condition with zero maintinance required - The price is based on solely on this. It was mosly used on early spring/late fall camping trips with my 2 little kids when a tent would be too cold (Moab & RMNP 3x, Sand Dunes 1x, Carter & Brainard Lakes 4x, Lake Granby 1x). We used the kitchen sink and outdoor shower only once and we have never used the black water system/toilet or shower ever (we made the shower into a temporary closet). Has a brand new and totally unused microwave/convection oven. The tires are barely used - replaced in March 2022 (one was sun damaged sitting in original trailer lot). Mattress is Brand new as well!
