Beautiful class A motorhome with low milage.
Interior has new automotive grade upholstery on reclining sleep sofa and dinette. The original upolstrey turned to dust in just 7 years. I hope FR fixed that but please beware when evaluating interiors. There are 3 TV's (and one outside), direc TV system and satilite. In the rear of the coach is a large main bathroom wth shower and doulble bowl vanity sinks, this style sink allows more counter space. Moving forward is the main beedroom with ligheted closet, drawers below and cabinets above the bed. Under the bed is storage where we keep the included "my pillow" pillow top for the sofa. The residential size refridgerator has a very convenient ice maker. The half bath provides a bathroom for guests and allows campfire guests to use without entering your bedroom. In the kitchen, microwave, gas stove, lots of counter space with double bowel sinks and electric fireplace (saves use of AC and gas), gas furnace, 2 ducted AC units with heat strips, and beautiful ceramic tile floors. There are day and nite shades through out.
Exterior features include a large power awning with LED lighting, slider topers, exterior entertainment system with TV, DVD player and stereo, lp gas grill hook-up, 4 point hydraulic self leveling system, plenty of basement storage with lights. Also included, tire covers, wiper covers, mirror covers.There's a Cummings Onan 5500 generator with low 163 hrs which we never used, just started occasionally. Also included is a blue ox towing system (never used by us). We purchased from original owners who purchased new. It was stored in an immaculate RV garage attached to their home. When I inspected the coach and observed how meticulously it was cared for I knew I found the unit that stood out from the others. We purchased, immediatly put under roof, and the tender loving care continued. I invite you to see for yourself. The coach is really designed for a couple enjoying the adventure. That makes it much more spacious as you observe the floor plan.
