So. California coach, owned and stored by the previous two owners here, and now by my wife and I. This is a beautiful and well maintained Pheaton, including the undercarriage. Everything works as it should, and if an issue, I take care of it without question. We love everything about this rig, the power and ride are amazing, luxury at its finest. Use frequently, including a long East coast summer loop in 2022 and long Northern fall loop in 2023. When not in use for a couple of months, engine and genset are ran monthly, w/ genset under load. FYI, even in hot humid summer months, the (3) AC units maintain a comfortable interior temperature w/o issue. More details if requested. Cheers!
