Still like new! We have been the only owners. Hubby and I lived in it full time for 6 months. Having a baby soon and decided to go back to living in a house. We added a full capacity washer/dryer tower. Only ended up using the washer a few times, so it's almost brand new. Full size shower in bedroom bathroom. Walk in closet. 1/2 bath off living room. Residential fridge, stove/oven, and microwave. It's prepped for a dishwasher. The pics I've added are all from the original brochure because it still looks exactly the same. King pin stand, king pin hitch lock, and all sewer/ water connections included.
