This is a 2023, 40 foot Dune Sport Mancave with an 18 x 8 1/2 foot garage. This 5th wheel toyhauler was used one time. Everything is brand new. It was built to haul a race car and/or multiple toys in mind. Bunks can be added for more sleep options as well as dinning area placed in back when toys are out.
E track rails have been added to the garage area. The one slide includes heated and massaging recliners which have tray tables for eating. There is a wall and door that divides the garage from the living quarters. There is a drop down TV in the kitchen area, along with one in the bedroom. It is wired for one in the garage area as well.
