Like new 2022 Dutchmen Astoria Platinum LFP36303! We lived in it for about 5 months and traveled only about 400 miles in it while looking for a new home.

Beautiful floorplan unlike any other that is perfect for traveling with children or grandchildren with its own bedroom and bathroom, a bunk bed and plenty of storage space! The master bedroom and bathroom is separated from the bunkroom by a beautiful living room and kitchen combo, with an island kitchen.

We loved this floorplan for the spacious living room that allowed us to recline in front of the fireplace and watch TV in the morning, and cook a full meal without worrying about tripping over the kids. After putting the kids to bed, you can fully relax in the master bedroom and take a shower with no worries of waking anyone up!

The air conditioning unit works great, it has a brand new battery, and a grill/fridge area outside underneath the awning for you to enjoy time outside in. Two propane tanks come along with it, barely used, and we're also including all accessories needed to operate the RV. We also bought a brand new, super comfy mattress for the master bedroom that was only used for one month, so it sleeps much more comfortably.

The only major modification made was to change the 5th wheel to a gooseball hitch, which is a brand-new Reese 16K Goosebox.

Since we stopped using it, it has been sitting in a covered RV storage area and is in pristine condition. We'd love for another family or individual to come and put it to the great use it deserves.
