This unit is in great shape and we love it! The floor plan doesn't suit our needs anymore. BRAND NEW Roof, Awnings, AC unit, Tires, Suspension and Slide Toppers. It is used and has some minor evidence of that, but nothing more than simple and expected. If you're going to purchase an RV, this one is better than most with all of the upgrades and new items which will ensure you many, many years of use.
