RV Description

A boondockers dream. Upgrades include:

Factory:
* Side and rear awnings.
* Dark brown leather.

Electrical:
* 2 100ah Battle Born Lithium batteries relocated under bed (room for 2 more to expand to 400ah).
* Victron solar charge controller and battery monitor.
* AM Solar Panels. 2x90watts and 1x170watt panel. Total of 350 watts.
* Upgraded converter (Progressive Dynamics) for lithiums.
* Solar port on frame at front of trailer is wired to batteries so you can set out foldable panels (need thier own solar charger). You can also use it as a power port to run electronics outside the RV.

Climate:
* Upgrade the 13.5k to a 15k BTU AC (with heat pump), the 13.5k was not strong enough for high temp direct sun.
* Easy start. The 15k will not run on the honda 2000 alone (the 13.5 could), but with the easy start you can run the ac on a standard 20amp house plug.
* Easy Touch RV Thermostat. Wifi/bluetooth thermostat, very cool and allows (with wifi in the unit) to monitor and control the furnace/AC from anywhere.

Plumbing:
* Drain valve on fresh water tank upgraded to brass. The plastic one got sheared off by a rock once, not fun to show up with no water. This will prevent that.
* New water pump.
* Accumalator tank installed (prevents jackhammering of water pump and reduces cycling).

Toilet:
* The black tank and toilet were removed. The unit now has a Seperett Weekender composting toilet with the urine going to the grey water tank. (work professionally done by Airstream Adventures in Portland).

Seating:
* The standard lounge style seating was made into a dinette. It still folds down into a bed and is much more useful for a couple then the lounge set up. The cushion from the back of the lounge was resewn/shortened to make a head rest for the bed.

Exterior:
* 3" dexter lift (professionally installed by Aistream of Spokane).
* Tires have about 5000 miles on them and are in good condition.
* There are a few dings and my unit has some issues with the clear coat on a few panels peeling (small 3" areas). Not noticable from a distance.
* Honda 2000 converted to run on propane secured (locked) to the tongue.
* Upgraded to high flow propane regulator (good for low temps).

Other:
* Upgraded stove/oven & removed microwave and made into storage (done professionally).
* Comes with Equalizer hitch.
