still under powertrain warrenty and extended warrenty can still be purchaced. I bought it from the original owner that factory ordered it and loaded it up with a ton of options. a few options are the Fireplace,50 inch surrond sound tv,heated tile floors,remote locks for doors as well as outside storage compartments,keypad entry,king memory foam bed with tilt, outdoor tv, storage bays have electric pullouts so you dont have to crawl under slides, Huge shower. washer dryer/dishwasher plus much more. It has been a great coach with VERY little gone wrong. I have replaced all the coach batteries last year as well as the inverter this year. we have had no other issue with this coach. I had all the slides serviced this year and all air conditioning units are brand new. EVERTHING works as it should! Reason for selling is we are going to do several large road trips and pull a large stacker trailer so we have decided to move up to a 600 hp unit. This unit gets a full wax twice a year and oil changes as per milage or yearly as we only put on 4 to 6000 miles/year. all recalls are up to date. This coach is in Lake Havasu AZ till mid April than back to Canada. if bought in Canada GST has allready been paid and if bought in USA I will assist with reimporting it back to USA, very easy process as well as delivery if needed. any question please feel free to call or email.
