We purchased new. Almost a year left on manufacturer power train warranty. In excellent condition. Asking price is thousands below the next lowest listing on RVTrader. King in master is really nice. Two slideouts really opens things up. My family of four feel like there is plenty of room.

Everything works, except the following:
1. Electric water heater filament is non-functioning. The water heater still works using the propane.
2. The bunk bed above the front seats needs a slight adjustment. It is about a centimeter off, and the safety pin on the driver side will not insert. This does not affect anything really.
3. The HVAC heater is finicky, it sometimes doesn't like to come on.
4. Bay batteries overcharge. Doesn't affect us because we don't ever need them. We leave the cables off and just put the cables on if there is something we need them for, but I don't know what that would be.
5. If you hook up to TV cable at a campsite at the master cable in, that doesn't work. You can still hook the cable directly to any of the TVs, and that works.
