Unit has new floor and new couches. I ditched the flooring as it was carpeted and the upholstry was peeling from these years as you will find in most of the rigs of this period. Brand new electric recliner dual couch and two new flip out double bed couches in gray match the new flooring perfectly,

The best feature of this RV is the living space. Even though this is a toy hauler, the master bedroom is above the garage, and affords full use of the interior space. You really have the feeling of separation from Living room, dinning area/kitchen and master bedroom suite. (Its why I bought it) as well as being able to have the garage area, which easily fits motorcylces or other toys etc.

Has a 50 gallon fuel tank for generator and you can pump it out from a gas staion like handle also to fuel your toys.
