The trailer has Virginia Salvage Title due to right side damage and water damage. The step damaged causing damage to the step brackets, a section of the skirt, and the slide-out trim. There is also a crack in the fiberglass near the front left slide-out due to water damage. A portion of the floor in the front pass-through compartment was also replaced. Interior couches need to reupholstered. Trailer also has miscellaneous nicks and scratches on the interior and exterior. Trailer was towed from Florida to California and is road worthy and has brand new tires.
