This is a comfortable, spacious and well-designed fifth wheel with extensive storage, lighting options and multiple interior electrical plugs as well as being lightweight and 1/2 ton towable. It has been regularly maintained, regreasing axles and repacking bearings, replacing tires with Goodyear Endurance, lubricated slide seals and maintained annual inspections. All service records and manuals included. This fifth wheel has never been in a collision or required body work and has been stored at our home and under RV cover about 50% of the time.

The interior is in excellent condition and very clean! All woodwork has nice finishes and all drawers, cabinets and appliances function appropriately. Furniture upgraded for function and comfort. The RV has been fully inspected by Blue Compass RV Denton, TX on February 21, 2024. Inspector noted radio/DVD player are not functioning and there is a small area of exterior wall delamination noted below bedroom slide. Opted not to repair radio as parts are not available. A water leak occurred at the back wall of the bedroom closet within the past year. This occurred when the slide was in the out position and trailer was not level. Slide seals have since been replaced, bedroom A/C replaced, roof resealed with Dicor.

This Sundance Fifth Wheel has been an excellent trailer! We have had very few issues with it, and have enjoyed many extended trips without concerns. We are grandparents now and need more room for our grandkids so we are selling our beloved Sundance to purchase a larger fifth wheel. Priced right and ready for camping!
