The coach is fully functional and was used last year. The generator works well. The ac unit is 5 years old. The roof was coated last year. I had back up and side cameras added two years ago. A new water heater was installed 1 1/2 years ago. The interior needs updating. I ripped the carpet out with the intention of have new flooring installed. The bathroom door sticks and the glass shower door is difficult to open and close. There is a large tool storage area on the back of the coach . There is a storage area on the side of the coach as well. The coach had a delamination problem that I had professionally fixed two years ago. I am the original owner and have enjoyed my adventures in it. I don't like driving and prefer to fly now.
