My wife and I purhcased this RV on 11/7/2022 to live in full time and use for her clinical rotations. However, after a few months, we decided that living in a RV full time is not for us and ended up renting a house instead. It is currently sitting in a coveraged storage unit collecting dust and needs to find a home. It is a fantastic RV, beautiful on the inside and outside but we do not use it enough to justify keeping it. Since it was lived in full time for a few months, there are a couple of things wrong with it hints the lowered price. The first thing is the blinds which need to be replaced. I have had difficulty recieving the correct size from sellers so I am just going to leave them and sell it as is. The second issue is the oven. It needs a new regulator which has been difficult to find so I am recommending just replacing the whole oven. Last thing is the reclining sofas. They have had some material wear on them, but besides the cosmetic wear, they mechanically work just fine. I am a honest man so if you have any questions at all please call or text me.
