Unit sleeps 10 ( our family of 7 slept comfortably with plenty of room). Unit has interior and exterior sound system with exterior LED lighting as well. Ouside kitchen has a refridgerator and sink. Inside kitchen features a large refridgerator, over/stove, microwave, and pantry. Unit has propane heat and propane/electric water heater. Unit has been maintained well and is currently winterized.
