Coach is in great condition, well maintained, and stored indoors nearly all of its life. Furniture, floors, and appliances are in great condition. Highly desired Driftwood cabinet color with light-colored furniture and flooring make this coach open and inviting. The exterior has been regularly washed/waxed, and the full body paint is in great condition. The powered driver and passenger seats have limitless positions and offer great comfort and support. The passenger seat reclines, has a footrest, and a laptop tray. The driver has a commanding view of the road and everything within reach. Cruise control, full gauge cluster, rear/side cameras/display, electric windshield nightshade buttons, generator start button, automatic leveling jacks, exhaust brake, and radio/entertainment system. Both driver and passenger seats swivel to be part of the living area.

Large living room has a 48"Smart TV with DVD player, electric fireplace, and swivel recliner. Behind the passenger seat and across from the TV/fireplace is a queen sleeper sofa. The opposing slides make this area large and open with plenty of room for everyone.

The kitchen will make you feel right at home. Double stainless-steel sink, solid surface countertop, plenty of preparation space, tile backsplash, and a convection/microwave oven. It has a three-burner propane stove and a residential refrigerator/freezer/ice maker. There is ample storage in the cabinets above and a full set of drawers. below The dinette table easily seats 4 and lowers for another sleeping area.

Just past the large kitchen there is a full bathroom with a sink, porcelain toilet and a large shower. Across from the bathroom is the washer/dryer combo with lots of additional pantry storage above it.

The King bedroom has opposing slides making it large and roomy, with a 40” smart TV, a huge wardrobe area, and a lot of cabinet/drawer storage at the foot of the bed. This coach has many windows for great light and visibility. All the windows have both pull-down screens and room darkening shades. Two AC/heat pump units keep you compfortable, plus propane heat when you need it.

The coach has an outdoor TV, a big power awning, power door awning, and undercoach lighting. The pass-through bays give you incredible storage access from both sides and are heated making this coach ready early/late season adventures.
