Ford F53 Chassis with a 6.8-liter V10 engine and only 24,715 miles. The 19.5 "Michelin RVX" tires were new in December 2021. A starting Battery was installed in 2023. Only 29.5 feet long, my wife can drive this size RV in comfort. The 22-foot slide makes the dining area and the kitchen very roomy. Automatic hydraulic jacks level with the push of a button! 16 foot Electric Awning with led lights.

It sleeps eight people, with two in the Master Bedroom's Queen-sized bed, two in the queen-sized bunk over the driver's seats, two in the Jack knife couch, and two in the dinette bed. It also has good storage space in the pantry by the entrance, in the master bedroom, under the seats, and under the bed.
A 4000-watt Onan Generator keeps the batteries charged and runs the 13.5 BTU Air Conditioner. The dash air also blows very cold. A 6-gallon water heater gives you nice, long showers and clean dishes. The large LP or 120-volt Refrigerator/freezer keeps everything cold and organized. This RV has a 16-foot patio awning with LED lights and new fabric with a metallic cover. The stairs automatically open. The exterior entertainment center has USB, a 120-volt plug, and a flat-screen stereo.

There is a huge 3' x 3'x 8’ compartment with doors on each side and in the back. Four side compartments also have storage space. A Renogy Inverter/ Charger provides 120-volt power to everything. It also charges the two (new in 23') 6-volt, 225-amp-hour batteries quickly. The bathroom has spacious cabinets and a large shower with a skylight overhead. We installed a remote-controlled thermostat-controlled Fantastic Fan for vents and odors.

This Motorhome has a 43" TV in front, a smaller one in the master bedroom, and one in a compartment for outside viewing. A 9" Color Monitor is attached to the dash, which displays the view from both side cameras and the double-view rear camera. I had the cracked windshield replaced last month.

A connection from the 25-gallon chassis-mounted propane tank runs a gas grill or fireplace. The coach has painted-on graphics and a clear-coated top. It has a Comfort Zone bedroom mattress.

We are asking $62000. I have an extended warranty from "No Repair Cost, Inc" that is transferrable for $100. It covers most things that are not wear-related for a $100 deductible.
