Remodeled inside with new flooring , paint, and furniture as of 2020. This unit is unrecognizable compared to other models for this year. It has a replaced toilet, a washer/dryer combo hooked up in the unit, electric heated fire place with visual effects, flat screen in living room and bedroom. It has a new deep single sink with touch faucet in the kitchen. Windows are all re-sealed with polymer sealant except the rear windows which still have silicone around them. Roof is perfect with no tears, penetrations or concerns. Awnings added that unroll on the pop outs to keep snow loads off of them. New automatic front awning as of 2020. New brakes and tires as of 2020. More to list but too much to cover in this post please just ask or reference pics. Everything is included in pics. Cold AC Unit with no issues. Everything works and is functional (can demonstrate) EXCEPT the furnace. New motor for furnace was installed but didn't pull though. An OEM motor would resolve the issue. Will explain and show how to pull apart and fix it if you'd like. Jus need to find the correct motor. Could be pulled and brought to a RV dealer to fix, or just replace entire unit. The two reclining chairs have protective covers but cat still persisted to put claw marks in them. They are not ripped or teared, just peppered with small marks. There is additional items that come with the unit like a fully functional custom skirting, leveling blocks, and special rocker blocks that rock the tires off the ground when parked. I will include the 5th wheel truck hitch for an additional cost or possibly just negotiate it into the price so you don't have to hunt one down. New batteries will be purchased and installed once a negotiation has been finalized becasue it needs new ones. It is specialized for short bed trucks.
